That had been languishing on my hard drive since 2010 while I tried to edit it down. I really couldn't, though, and the thing in the chapter that inspired the chapter title I'd chosen was so far back in that it would have been ridiculously long. I was reading through the story again today and it hit me that I should just cut the damned thing in half and name the first half something else; I don't know why that didn't occur to me before. So without further ado, chapter ten.
