Bio: Sam Fisher's career has largely been redacted by the United States Government. He is most notoriously known for his role as the very first Third Echelon Operative, known informally as a "Splinter Cell". Operating under what was known as the Fifth Freedom, the freedom to defend, by any means necessary, the four freedoms FDR said that all humans should enjoy.

Sam defended the world against numerous threats of terrorism, largely cyberterroristic threats.

Two years ago, his only child, Sarah, died in what appeared to be a drunk driving incident. Falling into a deep depression, he ostensibly left Third Echelon. In truth, he entered into an extremely dangerous deep cover assignment that he did not expect to walk away from.

In the end, he did walk away from Third Echelon, disgusted with the measures the new director had taken. Publically a dangerous fugitive from justice, Sam disappears.

Recently, someone has indicated that Sarah's death was not an accident, bringing Sam out of hiding as he searches for answers and everyone involved.

Powers/Items:

Stealth: Trained in various arts of staying hidden, be it in crowds or hanging from a pipe in a dark corner, Sam is capable of moving around as though he was never there, even disappearing mid-battle, only to reapear somewhere else to surprise his enemies. Surprisingly, even given Fisher's age, he is capable of moving quickly and traversing terrain that most would never think of using to move around.

Electronic Disruption Device: Through use of a small, short range EMP device, Sam can disable all electronics within a short range, turning out lights, security systems, and radios.

Close Combat: Sam is trained in quick, silent takedowns, using a mixture of Krav Maga and his SEAL training. He commonly uses a combat knife and 5.7mm pistol in close ranges. He is strong and quick for a human, especially for a human of his age, but not superhuman in his physical abilities.

Firearms Training: Sam is trained to use various firearms, though his most commonly used weapon is his signature silenced 5.7mm pistol. He commonly makes use of any weapons found on enemies as the situation demands, however.

Vision Enhancement Devices: Sam's goggles have been capable of multiple vision modes when he was working for Third Echelon, including Thermal Optics, Night Vision, and Electrical Signal Detection. His current goggles, however, operate through an ultrasonic sonar, capable of seeing through some walls and updating movement on a semi regular basis. Additionally, Sam has available a fiber-optic camera that can see under the cracks of doors or through vents that allows him the ability to see what waits for him through most doors.

I'm waiting to see what B4 has planned, he talked to me about going meet his stoolie Elvin, or whatever his name is for info.

Though I find it funny you or Nitram didn't open your second envelope yet....

you all are leaving Matt's place and we'll get there after you leave so we'll just miss each other in one of those zany antics comedy style things. We'll figure out that it's Matt's house, find out he was The Berserker and put 2 and 2 together, get 5, figure it's close enough and realize that The Alchemist and The Berserker are working together and realize that they're The Cannibal!

Gregory picked the Berserker to scry on in the hopes that he'd get something other than a hundred and fifty pounds of armor. His new costume is thus essentially that of the Glitch's 'avatar' if I understand that correctly, from the last game, as that was the closest thing to a standing enemy from the previous occasion. If I have the description wrong, please let me know.
