Since Havoc is out of the country, what's the status of Monday's Game?

We're not in a situation that requires Havoc's character be a given place, so either I'll have him doing downtime work on his various investigations and just catch him up later, or, if absolutely necessary, have us pause when we hit a point where we need his character. Unless there's something else going on, I see no reason to halt the game.
