It's not that I'm unforgiving, it's that most of the people who wrong me are unrepentant assholes.

Iron Kingdoms is the RPG set in the world of Warmachine. Before it ran on the D20 system and didn't always work that well. So they decided you know what? We've built the only wargame that can compete with Warhammer (Gamesworkshop is still the 800 pound ape, but they've carved out respectable marketshare, mainly by being alot cooler to their fans and more flexible on alot of things) we can make a damn RPG... So they did. It's going to be released this year and Cat and myself at least are excited about it.

Nitram and WhiteHaven as pirates together? OMG, that's so perfect, considering all the MUSH games they played together as Ship's Captain & Crew
I'd have to hear a bit more about the Investigator. :)

We were NOT pirates.LadyTevar wrote:

We were independent starship operators with enough firepower and ground power to overthrow small planets, but we weren't pirates.

...man, this thread just triggered a whole fucking cascade of flashbacks for me all of a sudden. Making the cream of the Royal Australian Marine Corps look like chumps...twice. Being the only player characters to ever carry out a planet-wide orbital bombardment while not being part of an actual military...
Heh. Good times.
