Lindar, hun, Linux and Unix also have command line interpretors similar to DOS though they use different commands and coding to do so. He's not in DOS at all..

Funny you mention lynx, that is the name of a web browser in Linux that uses text only mode.
Maybe this isn't as funny if you havn't used these programs before, but I loved it.

Lin I use Winblows and I use the command line a lot. If everything else fails, the cmd lets you get around a lot of the problems you might have trying to do stuff via the Explorer, simply because the command line isn't aware of a lot of the stuff Explorer keeps track of.
