The idea was taken from a episode of Diners, Drive-In's and Dives on the Food Network. They did not give the full recipe, but only gave out basic steps. The name of the restaurant which has the original product this s based off of, is called "The Squeeze In" in Philadelphia, PN.

The patty recipe is my own. You can substitute ground pork, chicken or turkey, or a combination of the various meats, if you so desire.
