No, the thread title isn't false. No I am not making this shit up, and neither is it a late AFD prank.

Bill O'Rielly actually comes out with some straight up and down facts on Obama, and does it in a respectful tone - AND points out where other presidents in the past have done similar things, including Bush the Younger.

I may disagree with Bill on many things, but I'll give him props on this. Though apart of me is going "What's the neferious ends to this means..."

O'Reilly is a cranky, unpleasant old man with a legions of bad habits, bias and enough self righteousness and sheer unadulterated ego, that if you could cook it, Bill would single handedly solve all the world's hunger problems.

Ironically it's those vices that push him into doing things like this. He apologized for reporting that there were WMD's in Iraq and formally said there weren't. How many reporters who rang that doom bell have done as much?

When it comes to Limbagh or Glenn Beck, I can no longer really believe that they're doing anything else then giving a performance for money. Which makes them money grubbing jackasses, driving their country to ruin for a buck. O'Reilly for the most part, I think believes what he's slinging. He's arrogant and often foolish but he will tell the truth, more or less, as he sees it.

Does this mean you should like him or that I'm going to ask you to even respect him? No, not really. I'll admit to a personal nugget of grudging respect for him, but I also think he's a horrible tinpot tyrant of a man. Coming from me? I think that means something.
