Well Kimmy from what I know was educated in the communist block (China I think) while this kid has a western education. That doesn't really mean much, half the dictators on this planet are educated in the west, it's where all the really good schools are.

Does experience with capitalist states and being educated in a liberal (compared to North Korea) translate to a less bastard style of leadership? Time will tell for sure. But I wouldn't bet on an outbreak of warm fuzzies.
