#1 In need of bulk IP lookup

Okay, question for the technically oriented:
I am in need of bulk IP lookup software that can utilize server IP logs to accurately track access to a server and output the geographical locations of those it has tracked into an XLS file spreadsheet.
What do ya'll recommend?
