Windows 10 free to users of 7, 8, 8.1 for one year.
There are some other bits in there as well, things that may matter to us gamers, but I want to stress that I do not like where this is going. Not that I'm thrilled about shelling out a few hundred bucks every once in a while for the OS, but...yeah. OS as service setups don't fill me with confidence. The first hit is free is REALLY riding my paranoia line. Win10 could be the best OS they've ever made, but I don't feel the love right now.

- Integration with XBONE. Oh, good. Because I didn't want it before, so now you're giving it to me. I'm sure that won't cause any complications with the rest of the OS. Hey, didn't you guys get hammered recently on the XBONE network? By the guys that couldn't get Steam to sniffle? Yeah, not filling me with confidence here.
- Cortana. Ugh. I was mildly interested in if I would get to poke at the competition to Siri, but now she's fucking clippy with a search history analyzer. Fan-fucking-tastic.
