I made this one up myself. its super easy and cheap
Honey mustard
boneless skinless chicken breast
1 box of shake and bake
coat the chicken in honey mustard. you can let it set in it for a bit if you want but its not necessary. After you coat it drop it into the bag of shake and back with half the seasonings and shake it up. You'll need to use the extra honey mustard and maybe a bit more to cover the bottom of the pan about an inch or so. More is fine as well. Put the chicken in the pan and use the rest of the seasoning to cover it. bake at 350 till cooked through.
