Well, first off, what is your homeworld? If you rolled for it randomly, then you got Imperial World, in which case you need to reduce strength and toughness by 5 and increase fellowship and willpower by 5 since you used the characteristics of a feral worlder. You'll also need to reduce your wounds by 1 (although you then get to increase them by 1 because of your divination). Second of all, what is your career path?
I'm not sure I have this right, a Guardsmen gets five weapons to start?
Correct. You get primary melee, back up knife, lasgun, pistol, and some sort of back-up long arm.
Divination: Violence solves everything.
Divination: 77 "The only true fear is of dying with your duty not done." +2 Wounds
"One of these things is not like the other one, one of these things is not the same..."
Starting XP: 400
I'm assuming you haven't spent any of this yet. When you do, could you list what exactly was spent on what?

According to my book, 77 is what I listed and it's definitely what I rolled.

So do I just switch out the stats or shall I reroll them?

Cpl Kendall, you have two different divinations listed in two different places. I know you're going with 77, but you have 'Violence solves everything' also listed amongst your character description.

Soontir, you can just switch the stats. According to your rolls, you are Scum from an Imperial World, specifically a paradise world. You also get a reroll for your stats, of which I suggest rerolling either toughness, intelligence, or ballistic skill, since those are the ones that suck the most for you.

Okay Soontir, you have some questions to answer before you can even start spending XP. First off, would you prefer Ambidexterity or be Unremarkable? Would you prefer to be Charming or to be able to Dodge? Would you prefer an autogun (AKA AK-47) or a shotgun? Brass knuckles or a club? A quilted vest or beast furs? And what sort of poor quality clothing would you like?

You do have my AIM, right? If so, try and contact me. I will be at work all night, but I should be available tomorrow.

From Googling, I've seen only rags and tattered, so I'll go with rags.

I must look like a neanderthal.

If it's the ACNut64 you have in your LA profile then yes I do.

Since we've got a Guardsman and a Scum, we've got very solid fighting power so I'll go with the psyker.

Rerolling Willpower, since I fucked up the code for that and got garbage

Love that Sanctioning and Fate point result.

Should I be worried that the smartest one amongst you lot is the feral guardsman?

And you're a mind cleansed psyker, right CynCat?

EDIT: Note, I am on AIM right now if you wish to discuss things.

Hey, I'm mind scrubbed. There's got to be some damage right? Besides the 7 Insanity points. At least Intelligence is a cheap advance for me.

Backstory:

Appearance: Tall, a bit akward, with sharp, aquiline features and a preposessing smile, Sebastian is impeccably groomed and projects a diginified, yet approachable air. His voice is perfectly set, and he is able to use it to great effect.

Heeding from a minor branch of one of Scintilla's greatest noble houses, descended from the Lord Militant Angevin himself, and blessed with a talent for oratory few men could match, Sebastian seemed destined for greatness in the ranks of the Ecclesiarchy. Educated within the Drusine Chantry, in the shadow of the great Cathedral of Illumination in Hive Tarsus, and a follower of the Cult of Drusus, he appears, at first glance, to be every inch the promising young cleric. What is not apparent is why would such a man give it all up for an uncertain, dangerous future as an Inqusitorial acolyte.

Have a very nice day.
