and Argent just told hot foot how to blow up everyone!

The Ring Gravitas has can only recharge from the second box.

If the duplicate Ring tries to charge off the Master Box, it'll blow up

The one which made Hotfoot see things speed up is the Master Box, it's energy glow is blue. The one that'll charge Gravitas's ring is the one which made him slow down, it's energy is yellow.

Of course...this is OOC knowledge....none of you know that IC...

Gravitas MIGHT have a chance in catching it...

We've been through this bullshit before, dude, and I'm sick of it. Every week the story fucking changes, and frankly, it makes no fucking sense. All the rings are based on each other, but one simple mistake on powering and you get a nuke? Yeah, right. If that was the case, the Guardian force would have been fucking nuked at least once as someone made a mistake, or tried to recharge in desperation.

Moreover, YOU'VE CONTRADICTED YOURSELF HERE. Stop pulling bullshit because you're pissy that you've lost your toys.

Gravitas doesn't know about the castastrophic disruption failure, but anyone with his abilities and super-intelligence can work out which pair goes with which.

Jesus DS are you trying to win the pissy little bitch prize? I thought Firewalker had it down with the "I demand to suicide myself" but you're giving him a real run for his money.

I would like to point out it's probably a long walk to the nearest beach, as she lives in the Oakland Hills.

I would also like to point out that any lifeguards on the beach are going to be very upset at a person trying to drown themselves, and its' going to get a LOT of media attention.

But hey, more fodder for HeroWatch

In a talk with Tev last night, I realized that Heroes indeed had more chapters than the one I read originally, and the current one. Just to make sure I'm catching up on the correct ones in order, what is the order of the Heroes chapters?

Also, playing Exalted a bit reminded me that the charm trees might actually be a good template for Heroes characters to show their progression with their abilities. I got to thinking about this due to the sheer versatility of Alexander's power, and how I'll likely need to create a "power tree" just to make sense of it all. You may disagree and such (and if you do, I'd like to hear why), but I'll work on this a bit over the rest of this week to see if it helps.

No, I'm not going to do this in Visio.

The Chapters, in Order:
Eve of Destiny
Shadows over Millenium
Road of Good Intentions

Warning, each of them are over 100pages. It's a LOT of reading, and some smutty scenes

Thank you muchly. I'm not expecting to be finished reading this week, but this will give me some helpful background material as a writer in this game.

Hey B4? I'm not seeing any means to get to the Herowatch wiki?

My character can't suggest this as he's out of earshot of Blast and Argent's conversation - but wouldn't it be easier for Tachyon to move his mind shield from Alexander to Hydro?

Alexander and HYdro both may be new, and neither have any defense or abilities with psionics - however, it would appear Hydro needs the protection more.

The idea is to give Hydro a defense that is not dependent on someone else. Eliminate weaknesses, don't just shuffle them around.

Makes sense. I'll need to figure out something for Alexander eventually then. Not that I don't appreciate the thought Marcao, but still.

Oh we'll get to you, but right now Hydro is the most wide open of the lot.

Actually Hotfoot, Ghost is still working for the Special Activities Division of the CIA. He's answering to the same guy who recruited him, still occasionally visiting Langley, so yeah, still CIA. Now, the question is, will Ghost fully join Saibot, sell him out to Mirage Team, or to the CIA, while bringing down Kyosuke, thus earning himself a nice little CIA bonus and pardon?

Ah, spook shit is fun. And yes, I'm sure Blackheart will still kill Ghost even if Ghost helps the CIA and Mirage team.

At the moment Blackheart doesn't know that Ghost killed Gazer. He suspects he might have, but Saibot or Metakiller might also have done it. Blackheart's not going to fry Ghost for a crime other people are likely to have committed.

Yay! Now to keep Blackheart from figuring it out. And DS, good way of playing Ghost.
