Alright since I've had several people bring complaints to me about Blackheart metagaming I'm seeking specific grievances and instances. You've got the complaints, I want specifics. Then we can deal with this.

Blackheart knowing Saibot's not dead.
Blackheart instantly wanting to crush the Guardians, because the Sentinel has to be Saibot, cause he looks like him.

Let's add more:
Person Ghost is meeting. Argent hears "Gar..." Maybe Garth? Didn't feel like Garth. Garth is dead isn't he?
Blackheart jumps to It's Him, Ghost is working with him. Get them Both.
Also add in the Gazer is dead Metakiller style, and Blackheart thinks Ghost killed him that way.

You given the layout of facts, I would jump to the same idea Blackheart would. Not Blast, me. Frigidmagi. Yeah it's alot of half facts and the holes are huge but they link together way to well when you slide them together.

It would be nice if they were, you know, accurate.
First, it was Argent that brought Ghost and his possible involvement with Gazer's death to Blackheart's attention. He brushed it off at first as not his business, but she kept worrying at it and arousing his suspicions. So Argent is the one responsible for drawing metakiller links to Ghost.
Then we have blowing up a shuttle that's heading towards an orbital max security lock up, which only really makes sense as an escape attempt.
Then we have someone with Saibot's powers in a Saibot like costume with a Saibot-like build show up and show off in public. And the cat comes out of the bag about who Ghost might be hanging with. Which would be Saibot, who is missing, maybe alive and maybe dead, and a violent bigot who would like to go on a meta murder spree.
Blackheart doesn't know anything for sure. But he's suspicious. And Argent made him so.

I was talking about the IC knowledge but you go ahead and reject anything that disagrees with you.Of course they do... cause we got too much OOC knowledge

Except you know as a possible escape attempt for any of the other dozen or so high end metahuman badasses on board who are unscrupulous enough to work for the highest bidder more likely then not, compared to Saibot's rather limited powers of well...minor regeneration. Without his ring and saber, which ultima has to some degree or other to everyone's knowledge, he's a lightweight.Cynical Cat wrote:Then we have blowing up a shuttle that's heading towards an orbital max security lock up, which only really makes sense as an escape attempt.
Or, alternately, as a means to ensure that he doesn't live long enough to make it to Station Zero since people went to the trouble of bombing his apartment, his apartment building and a good section of his block. Not that anyone has any reason to blow up the one guy who still knows where some shit is hidden and has uses for it.
Or could the shuttle malfunction? Not a chance in hell of that especially since authorites aren't talking about what happened since they themselves aren't totally sure on all details yet and the black box hasn't been recovered.
Nope, no other reason is possible then it was to free Saibot.
You can have your suspicions, but you're having to reach for em. Just better hope it all works out or there's gonna be some serious egg on Blackheart's face.

Except B4, no clues have shown up connecting those unnamed badasses to anything while plenty have shown up regarding Saibot.

FYI: Yes, I know Fisher's on vacation.
I also know OOC that Argent's going to hit the teleport block like a car hitting a brick wall at high speed and bounce back to SF painfully.
A bonus? It will shut Argent up for a while

Jason David Frank, if anything, would best fit Saibot....if a bit older than the actor is.

Those are actors in the movie. About going deep undercover in dangerous situations where there are multiple spies and corrupt organizations and betrayal. It ends badly for most characters.LadyTevar wrote:I never saw the movie, so I don't get the joke.
