The repost of Saibot's costume is to show his old look, compared to the new one (since Tev asked last night). Also, the new uniform isn't "skin tight spandex", it's more like the body armor used for the Batsuit in Batman Begins.

Just an FYI: Blackheart isn't strong enough to hold up falling helicopters. He can tear off a door and pull people out, but he couldn't pull off what Saibot's attempting. His biggest powers are toughness and eyebeams and Saibot's biggest powers are his Swiss Army power ring and super dagger. The bigot has the edge in the variety of high powered stunts he can pull.
It's not that I'm unforgiving, it's that most of the people who wrong me are unrepentant assholes.
OOCly, I know Blackheart couldn't have pulled off the helo-lifting thing, but it doesn't stop Saibot from wishing he had Blackheart's strength.
