I'm calling absolute bullshit right there Cat.

I read over the last chapter, not ONCE was there any official mention that Saibot was not on that shuttle when it blew up, there was no reports saying his remains were not found (not that there could have been much in the way of remains any fucking way).

So unless your using OOC info, IC, Blackheart has no solid evidence Saibot is still alive.

If you disagree with me, then fine. Let B4 get back on tomorrow, and him give a ruling, but I'll be damned if I'm going to let you use OOC info so fucking blatantly.

Actually, at no point has it been mentioned that there any survivors from the shuttle explosion. It's not the sort of thing being publically discussed on CNN. You know, shuttle full of high level metahuman criminals, killers and out and out badguys suddenly blows up for mysterious reasons. Not exactly something you want publically announced hardcore.

And I never made a news post saying any survivors were recovered much less that bodies were for positive identification. That sort of explosion at that high up had a high probability of destroying damn near every body there was. The only records are going to be maybe a black box which is going to have to be recovered and the last transmission to orbital command.

So no, Ghost isn't hanging out with known escaped killer Garth Saibot as currently the only people who actively know he's escaped and alive is Ghost, Kyosuke and a few other people he's dealt with.

Unless I missed something here, that knowledge is not known to Mirage Team currently outside of OoC information.

Argent is convinced Saibot either wasn't on it (blown up to hide that fact) or was helped to escape. Partly because she doesn't want to think of him dead, and partly because she thinks he might have worked a deal with Ultima or another agency to get out of jail.

Blackheart is sure you're not dead. It reads too much like a covert op and that's his background. He has, however, no evidence to support his opinions. He's merely suspicious. Ghost suddenly hanging around someone called "Garth" and possibly going into the metakilling business (again, he doesn't know for sure) does trigger that idea. Again, he's not sure and has no proof.
