Who is not in HC or Ronin and can take out 0 point items?

I have a favor to ask. I have a Mr. Accessory in one of my hardcore characters but I want to take it to one of my soft-core. Hardcore characters can still put items in the clan stash and I was hoping when I put it in, someone can take it out and send it to one of my multi's.

If that's possible, thank you.

We could just promote the multi in question long enough to get it out. Which one is it?
