Hmm. The character seems okay. I really like the personality you have worked out. Less angst is good. I have a question, though. Given the level of collateral damage and flat-out carnage that the group is known for, how long will it take before he turns into a blood-tinted water elemental? And when he does, can we call him Pinky?

We would need a psychic character to be Brain. *cue theme music*

Hey I just thought of a fun idea.

Give Hotfoot Saibot's old dagger.

He's already faster than the augmented Legacies, who was fast to begin with. Hotfoot could probably clear the entire facility of badguys in the blink of an eye.
