Marcus watched over the proceedings with a cold and watchful eye. And the more he did so the more he appreciated Wright's callousness. He would have to watch this one.

Marcus spared a quick glance to the other vampire, apparently in, priests clothes? Surely this had to be a joke.

"Nah," Wright said, smiling maliciously. "This is a good deed, an act of charity," he said, leaning hard on the last word. "Now, prob is, this guy can't just be let go, of course, and if nothing's done, well, he's a deader. I don't think a hospital could save him at this point. So, seems like there's only one legal option here..."

He mimed slitting his wrist and taking a drink.

"Ghouling should heal him up real nice, wouldn't it? 'Course, I don't need anymore ghouls, myself. How 'bout you, Marcus?"

Marcus frowned some and looked at the man. Unsure about how this would all play out. Turning around again Marcus headed back to the load of slaves. "Are we almost done, I'll be wanting to get my retainer back home soon. As you no doubt will be wanting to do as well."

Marcus walked up to his retainer and leaned down to him. When a man came by offering him chains he waved them away. Marcus looked into the hateful eyes of the man.

"I'm going to give you a choice, because I know your strength. You can either lie here and die, or perhaps you can lie here and be forgotten until someone comes by and decides to take a taste. Or, you can stand up and follow me, your life will not be easy, but you will be strong." Marcus then got up and started to walk away. Stopping he turned back. "Oh, and Cargo, I may have interest in becoming a steady buyer. Contact me when you get the next shipment."

With that Marcus looked to Wright. "I'll be making an appearance at the 'gentlemans club' where the oldies usually hang out later tonight. Come find me, I may have a business propesition for you."

With that Marcus turned and left with his retainer.
