John and the others came out of the store carrying several cases of different forms of alcohol probably more than would be needed for the party but it never hurt to be prepared. He brought the cases around to the trunk of the car which he had modified and extended by a few inches but not enough to be noticeable, he looked around quickly before opening the trunk revealing several weapons and a good amount of ammo. He quickly moved that aside before putting the alcohol in the trunk as everyone climbed back into their seats and he drove off towards blackheartâ€™s apartment.

(ooc sorry folks internet is wonky lately Magi has permission to move my character when necessary)

"Blast...about time kid" Saibot 's voice, without the obscuring caused by the modulator in his helmet, came over the comm, "This is Saibot, me and Argent need the address to Blackheart's place."

"Oh, right sure..." Blast said and then passed on the address carefully, he did not want Saibot walking around frusrated and lost, not a good idea.

"We're heading over there with the drinks, I think we got a bit of everything and plenty of beer to chase it with." He said.

Argent listened as Saibot repeated the address, her mind mapping out the city and the places where the shadows could be used to travel ... "I can get us within 4 blocks," she said as Garth said his goodbyes. "Close enough to walk and not attract too much attention."

Knowing her hero, he had been thinking of sweeping her up in his arms and flying her over the city ... not that it wasn't a nice, romantic thought. Simply considering the idea gave Lei a warm, happy feeling that seeped across the link between them.

"Let's stop pick up a pizza or something first," he said, suqeezed her thigh with a hand, "Blast said they had almost everything else, but never hurts to have some extra food."

"Pizza?" Lei asked, laughing. "We'd never get the toppings right, and Avatar would gripe about not having vegetarian, and then Blackheart will roast all of us for breaking his apartment."

And then Saibot gets his wish to kill people. Not good.

"Nah...we'll grab a couple different ones, they wanna bitch, they can go out and get thier own" he grinned, squeezing again, before whispering in her ear, "besides...while thier cooking the pizza...we can always slip off and...I can take the "tug these skintight jeans off..." challenge..."

He got up, and walked towards the door, winking at her to play catchup.

Some things, when whispered close to a woman's ear, are just made to melt her bones to putty. The whisperer walking off afterwards with a smug look on his face just ruins the effect, however.

"No running away now, Hero..." she retorted, flashing into dragon-shape and launching herself at him. The inky blackness enveloped him, dragged him into the dark void momentarily, then deposited him and her near the mouth of an alleyway... facing a rather familiar looking old hobo.

Legacies felt the shift in the air that signified that Argent was coming by. Intruiging that in all of the city they would fall in the alley he had just exited. A single thin tendril, shifting in color to match it's surroundings, slipped around the corner and into the alley. There stood Argent and Saibot. Legacies briefly wondered what they were doing here as a kind hearted passerby dropped a few bills into the cup he'd placed in front of him. Legacies thanked the man as a reaction, most of his attention placed instead on Argent and Saibot.

Saibot looked around a moment, then shook his head and grinned.

"You always teleport us into the nicest places you know..." he said teasingly, as he grabbed for her hand, and started to head up the alley, there should probabl be a pizzaplace somewheres around here..

"Alleyways have the deepest shadows," Lei answered simply. "And less people watching us appear." She followed in his wake, holding his hand as she skillfully avoided anything messy. "I'm still thinking of just calling and ordering Chinese..." she grinned. "I can get a nice discount."

Legacies watched the duo with a tendril as they walked out of the alley.

There was no way they wouldn't recognize him, and so Legacies took the easy way out. He got to his feet, picked up his tin cup and walked into the alleyway, stopping as he faced the other two.

Saibot stopped up short, as the figure stepped infront of them. He was instrinctivly activating his ring, when he recognized the man.

"Legacies," he said, "What the hell are you doing here?"

Lei blinked, looking first to Garth, then to the homeless man... and only once she peered closely did she see the resemblance to the face Legacies briefly showed at the apartment several nights ago.

And he was still displeased with her... she could feel it already.

Legacies reshaped himself to his silver figure, covering his face first to keep Argent from getting a good look at it.

"We could ask the same of you. We were watching the streets. What brings the two of you here?"

"Was on our way to get a few pizza's and then head to Blackhearts.."

He put a hand on Legacies' shoulder lightly, a friendly smile on his face, "You should come, they can handle themselves for a night...there's not much you can do...and besides..these bonding things can be...useful."

Lei was tempted to add as long as you're not wanting to kill every one of them. She remained quiet, letting the two old friends decide what they wanted to do. After all... Legacies had made it clear earlier that she was one of the ones on his 'kill list' now.

Legacies looked between the two of them before a slow smile rose on the thin lips that stood out on the face of the silver figure.

"Yes, we suppose you're right Saibot." Legacies looked between the two other metas. "So where is Blackheart's residence?"

Saibot smiled, patted his old friend on the shoulder, and rattled off the address, twice to make sure the other man got it.

"Tell them we'll be there as soon as the pizza's are ready, shouldn't be but about 45 minutes to a hour. Glad your coming old friend."

Legacies nodded, the mouth grinning as he spoke. "Pizzas certainly take a long time to cook these days don't you agree?"

The figure did not wait for the response before jumping out of the alley, a tendril lashing out and catching onto a building as Legacies swung away.

Yes, she knew what he wanted to do for that 45-60min. Yes, it was a very nice idea. But she had a feeling that if Legacies went, he would want to go with them now...

... and was promptly proven wrong as Legacies dropped his little innudendo and swung away.

He grinned, and kept heading towards the pizza joint, which he saw the sign a block up the way.

He caught the shock through thier link, and wondered how she'll feel when they try it....

After a moment she manged to move, catching up to him. "You can't be serious..." she said, then answered the question herself. "Yes. You are.... Garth, I don't even know if I can stop halfway in there, much less keep you there with me. We could get stuck!"
