I'm sorry that it's not in my guys nature to just let you arbitrarily off a teammate. Shouldn't your guy, being new to this whole killing a person thing be somewhat antsy about letting that much power out, especially when the guy he fucking looks up to is in the way?

And as a side-note. Didn't Legacies say "Don't shoot until I tell you?" and your guy said ok?

You know, I wasn't trying to kill anyone but the bad guy, but you and Cat decided to jump into hand to hand against a guy who has survived a building being dumpped on him and has a field that causing the rotting of everything that comes into contact with him a sane stragey would be to let me and Nitram beat him to death from a distance rather than charging in close and I'm certainly not going to sit on my ass and wait for you.

You'll be happy to know he's quite dead now...

Though of course I could always still edit it for the mass team-mate killing if you all want

Funny the post as him trying to rip out Charon's throat, not being dead.

that's pretty much what killed him...

Being torn apart from the inside coupled with his existing injuries(distinct lack of lower body movement thanks to a broken back, etc) he's dead.

Thanks for the brilliant idea. That's exactly what I was planning, and if you'll notice my entire purpose of getting in close was to get Blackheart away so you guys COULD safely pound on him without him being able to use Blackheart as a shield. Regardless that does not change the fact that you decided to jump the gun and knowingly attempt to kill a teammate.

You know what Charon? Quit your damn whining, I don't see Cyanical crying and he was the one who ran into the field of fire and ran the risk of being hit in the first place. If you run into the minefield while it's being shelled you can't cry about being mussed later.

Get a fucking clue. I'm not whining about being injured, hell I'm proud of it. I fully expected to get caught up in some of that blast, I knew damn well what it meant. What I'm upset about is that you were bitching that the GM didn't let you off two of your own teammates.

Personally, you're going to have to convince Argent to help rescue Avatar. She doesn't know he's being tortured... but he did kill her best friend, so to her way of thinking he's getting just desserts at the hands of the villians.

This will change when/if she sees the torture.

I'm bitching about the fact that I couldn't seem to be able to scrath the bad guy, not about you or Cat. Get over it.

Well if it's any consolation I'm pretty sure B4 said if it wasn't for Blackheart going in there and Legacies going in to rescue him it would have killed him. What you got instead was essentially putting a hole through one of the toughest metas in existance.

Are we even sure he was a meta?

I use meta in the "Obviously not human" sense. I think more specifically he was a demon, or a half-demon... or something along those lines.

Actually he may have been full human. A demon wouldn't have screamed in terror upon reaching hell. Demons do not enjoy hell, but it is their home field. Another thing about Demons is they are very democratic in who they will deal with...

If you want to get technical...

He was a normal human who underwent a form of gene therapy that took his deficent human genetic code and altered it to a more "pure" untainted state. Then he was involved in several rituals, his soul sacrificed, his body scared and carved up and transformed into the entity that you faced. Part of this transformation was a merging with a bit of demon essence turning him into a half-breed at best. I'd say possessed but he's not. He was in complete control of his facilties and his granted powers till towards the end. Then his demon host/sponser/benefactor stepped in to keep the poor guy alive. After all, why give up a perfectly viable entrance into the material world? Saves time and effort of having another made.

The question that should be asked at this point is where the hell(pardon the pun ) did he come from and who made him?

He wasn't full human. At least not anymore. Though he was... he wasn't a meta in the mutated genome sense at any rate. So while he had demon traits and demon essence, blood and power flowing through him, he was only a partial convert so to speak. And Hell is not kind towards failures...

And as far as Argent knows, you're simply sitting in a cell. She was only told to catch you, not what they'd do with you afterwards.

Besides, she's just lost her best friend, and Saibot is comforting her. :-D
