Well, supposed you're a game designer, and you were actually the one who made The Sims, what kind of improvements you would make?
Alternatively, if you have the chance to make an add-on for The Sims, what would you make?

The Sims: Urban Arcana Edition.
Complete with the ability to make a family with a Drow wife, Elf husband, and adopted Kobold children.
Oh, and you can also go out and shoot up some Orcs and cast spells through E-mail. You can also own firearms, all the way up to a PSG-1, and then pick off that stupid neighbor that's always ringing your doorbell.

I'll be realistic for one second.
One: Optimise.Optimise.Optimise. I'm not sure what the Sims Memory manegement is like, but its horrible, my old PC was well above reccomended specs and the CPU struggled. That was fucked up. This goes for Sims 2.
Two: Change the time model, while the one minute per second is good for getting the game moving at a good pace, it just breaks during stuff like walking around the house.
