#1 Time Trappings Outfit

Post by Mayabird »

Since most of us aren't rich enough to pay the millions of meat to get the other two pieces of the suit to get the tattoo, how about we send our different parts around to each other? I made a Time Helmet. Anybody got the pants or sword? I'll be willing to send the helmet to someone (so long as you promise to give it back.)

(Note: I'd suggest that someone a bit wealthier make the sword. It gives +3 adventures per rollover, same as the chrome weapons.)

I just forged myself a Time Sword but it requires 35 muscle. And here I am, just ascended and still in Ronin. :P

OK, I'm out of Ronin now and can equip the Time Sword. So, what're we doing?

Sluggy Freelance gag.

Ah, I assume the hat is 35 as well. Well, I can do one at the moment but I need to beef up my Moxie for the outfit.

EDIT: Forgot I had a Multi. W00t, I have two pieces of Time Trappings...

EDIT2: Bought the third piece. I now have a full set.

Okay, the plan.

To get the tattoo, we'd need the full set of pants, hat, and sword. My idea was that if anyone wanted one (and I certainly do; the crash took away two of my ascended tattoos straight from King Ralph!) we could send each other the pieces (for instance, I could send my hat to Hedgecore, and someone else could send the sword to him, and then he could get the tattoo and send back the other pieces afterwards).

Does that sound like a good plan?

Tertiary has the pants, and I intend on making the sword with Igbar when he gets out of Hardcore. I'm all in favor of a temporary exchange program.

Unless someone already asked, could you lend it to me first? I was thinking about ascending again soon once all this new stuff has settled down/gone away/been replaced.

EDIT: Since it looks like the plague/zombie/whatnot thing is wrapping up, I'm ascending tomorrow and going to check out the wonders of the frozen north. Thanks for that offer, though.
