It's never moving slowly when you focus on a very angry Marcus' loss of Dignitas. It's actually quite entertaining.

It's immortals living in a big city. You don't have to hang together every night to stay current.

Hello Everyone,

My father in law has a birthday dinner and get this evening in New Shanghai (Chinatown, NYC). As a result, I may be either late as all hell or absent for tonight's festivities. My sincere apologies guys but this is not a shindig that I can Obfuscate my way out of.

Once you're married, Havoc, you'll understand there is no getting out of gatherings with In-Laws.

I am looking forward to regaling the group with all the fun rumors I've heard about Gallasyn getting thrown out of the Bishop's house for insulting a guest and making him cry.

There's a fair chance I'm going to be late tomorrow, unless I'm in jail, in which case there's a fair chance I will be very late.

*slumps* I slept all day. literally. I dont' know if I'm sick, or just exhausted from having my nephews all day yesterday, but I missed the game.

Gods I hate doing this. But it looks like I am going to need to bow out of the Vampire game. There are a couple reasons for this, but the biggest one is that I am just not sufficiently into it to justify sacrificing a data collection or analysis evening (this is not the case with the Eclipse Phase game, for instance, where the enjoyment I derive does justify such a thing. That and it is every other week, instead of every week.), and with my field season's end rapidly approaching and the absolute necessity that I finish data collection by the time the autumn starts getting chilly... yeah.

This has been brewing for a few weeks, the decision slowly solidifying in my head as my research clock wound down, but I wanted to finish the plot arc involving Tyson's trial and bow out in a place where it made sense in-character for me to do so. That way I dont just up and leave.

Have fun guys. I will see you monday (as I become the Kraut Spider for a few hours, something I am loathe to sacrifice For Science).

Hey guys, I apologize for the difficulties I have been having with being around on Sundays as of late. Given that I have been so unreliable, I think it is in everyone's best interest for me to drop out. My Sunday availability just has been too sporadic for my taste.

I think I'm going to have to drop out as well. Coursework is picking up for the semester and I could really use the extra night for that. Sorry, folks.

There is a non-zero chance that I will be late for the game on Sunday, as my cable installation is scheduled to take place not all that long beforehand.
