The tenements are leaning toward each other, their roofs almost touching and they're not in great repair. Climbing, especially with assistance, is an option.

It's a Scale Sheer Surface test to begin climbing.

Now Scale Sheer Surface is a basic skill, so even if you don't have it you can use it by rolling against half the attribute base value, in this case Strength. But wait, there's more.

Circumstances give everyone a +20% bonus and another +20 % from the other people helping you up, so +40% to start.

Half my strength is 15. 15 + 40=55. I would appear to have failed.

Go ahead and post yourselves to the roof(s). The two tenements are close together with slightly angled, tiled roofs. The tiles are cheap and some are loose. There are other buildings nearby.
