That's a horrible and totally misleading description.

Here, let me break it down.

You can't spend Rage and Gnosis in the same turn, except on certain Gifts that require both.

You can spend Rage to get extra actions, up to half as many extra actions as your permanent Rage rating (Round down).

You can spend Rage to use certain Gifts.

You can spend Rage to recover from stun.

If you take wounds down to Incapacitated, you can make a Rage roll (difficulty 8). Each success heals one level of wound. You can only try this once per scene.

You can spend Rage to insta-change.

Roll for Init, folks.. Just like Cyncat.

Wits + Dex + 1d10. Highest rolls will go first, Ties are resolved with the higher Dex score going first.

If you are wishing to use Rage for Extra actions, declare it on your first action. Remember, you have 2 'floating' Rage points... one just for getting into a fight, one for the anger you had over the abused women

I'm gonna burn a point of temporary rage, shift automatically to Crinos, and shoot a different shotgun-wielding maniac with my 9mm.

Havoc, it's your breed form. I think it's automatic to shift to Crinos for you.

Crinos is your native form, so you can shift automatically without spending the Rage.
