Charon, a Norse Gangrel's warrior ghouls would not be called jarls. Karl or huskarl are the appropriate terms. It's sticking out like a sore thumb.

A jarl is a lord. A karl is a free man and a huskarl is a house karl, i.e. part of a lord's personal retinue and an elite warband supported by the jarl or king.
