Once Eight gets high enough in Warforged Juggernaut he'll be immune to the effects. Technically he doesn't sleep either, so he won't suffer it unless something drastic happens.

Pretty much. If you lose all of your INT, WIS, or CHA you would be put into a coma like state and could be affected, but it wouldn't be pretty.

He's just asleep. In fact, he's been asleep for ten minutes or so now. His breathing is regular and he shows no signs of outward distress. If anything, he's too quiet.

Fehl just cast True Strike on the same turn he did the Will save to get his greatsword and armor back, as well as healing. He's now preparing to Leap Attack the mirror.

Unfortunately the snake does not actually speak common... and if detect magic has no effect... trying to sever the link wont work, as there is no target.
