Well, whatever Bartel may not know, he does know that leaving a madness-inducing artifact lying around a cave is a worse idea than taking it somewhere to be locked up.

Okay, when you grabbed the statue the psychic mirror effect interacted weirdly with your ring of sustenance. When was the last time you slept a full eight hours? Because that's how you feel right now. You stay awake however, you just feel like you got hit by a battering ram.

If I am not mistaken, a 10 can be taken on the climb check, with a DC 5 to climb a rope with a wall t0 brace against. On such a check, Ophidia gets a 9 which is a success, just not a spectacularly good one

Yeah, so long as you're not rushed at all, climbing the well is automatic with the rope.

What the fuck? Why have we stalled?

That being said, my posting will be slow until Tuesday or Wednesday (no longer at my personal computer).

I'm not quite sure, Rogue 9, Nitram, and Tevar have all been quiet so I have been waiting for them as everyone else got a lot done. Also, it appears rhoenix has gone quiet for the past day as well. Either way, if no one else pipes up by tomorrow the Boots of GM Ass Kicking will be donned again.

Well now I know why Nitram hasn't posted, and am reminded that it is American Thanksgiving, what with the fact that my Thanksgiving was a month and a half ago.

Hey, the timing of our Thanksgiving is very sensible, and actually is older than yours. You see, we time our harvest feast to occur with our harvest, because, you know, winter sets in a lot sooner than it does down south.

Consecrate failed. That means that there is an altar to an opposing deity in that church, and Bartel means to find out which one.

PCs are inventive and creative. They'll figure out how to build crude nuclear weapons if you give them too much leeway. I'm sure you'll figure something out.

This is a dream sequence for Fehl. There is a way for other players to interact with it, but until you figure it out you can't do anything in his dream. You can try and wake him if you think something wrong, but he's under a supernatural slumber at the moment.

Don't worry, you'll all get your chance at a dream sequence.

This is going to be bad once it gets to Eight. He doesn't dream, there is no way he's going to be able to tell that it is false.
