She does go down the stairs, catching herself before a stumble, just a half a trip, but she does not go down. Heading down the stairs, she glares at Jason. If looks could kill...

He turned around, and in a ridiculously farcial gesture straightened his torn short.

"You're one up on me, Blue Eyes," he said, looking the other vampire straight in the eye, his fangs still extended.

[Charon]

Marcus stayed at the top of the steps. "When we enter one another's havens... we expects that he will be safe from attack." Marcus didn't say anything else, yet.

"You're one up on me, Blue Eyes," he said, looking the other vampire straight in the eye, his fangs still extended.

"Consider it payment, that I did not allow you do anything stupid." Jason looked around the room and spat.

"Anything else stupid I should say. My question still requires an answer." Jason asked glaring right back at Wright. He knew the answer already but wanted to hear it from Wright's own lips.

"What the fuck are you talking about?" he asked, as he looked around the mess in the basement, taking in the corpses.

Did he do that? He was a bit unclear on the sequence of events. Come back to fuck with the bimbo, get jumped, lots of pain and violence, and then Blue Eyes grinding his face into the floor.

"Shit. Gotta get these fucking bodies hauled out of here."

He started for the stairs.

She exhales quietly. Anger fleeting, she is at a resting point. She looks over hands. Blood, dirt, muck, and unmentionable is all over her.

[Charon]

Marcus growled low. "Why have I been attacked, twice, in your haven Wright." Marcus didn't look like he was going to move from the door any time soon until he got an answer.

"Because his security stinks! Why do you think I sleep elsewhere." Jason snarled.

"Why were they down here Wright? Did you pay for a meal?" Jason pressed.

Okay, the Freak got attacked too? How wild did the shit down there get?

He looked at Marcus, his lip curling. "In case you fucking missed it, there's a war breaking out. Dunno 'bout this, just a little... problem, but fuck you if you wanna pin yesterday on me."

[Josh]

"HEY!" he whirled, stabbing a finger at Jason. "Fuck you. Shit happened, they were supposed to be for the fucking fight. Don't give me your super-predator bullshit right now, 'cause I'm not in the fucking mood!"

[Charon]

Marcus snorted at Wright and let him pass. It was obvious that the kindred had lost much of any respect the Antitribu might have had for him. He looked back at the singing girl... What was her name? Never learned it. Marcus heard that the party had died upstairs at the repeated gunshots. "We'll take care of this. Calm your kine." Marcus grabbed the italian and started dragging him out back.

"Fuck off," he snarled at Marcus' retreating back. When did that pussy ever do anything but snipe and run anyway.

[Bratty]

Cassie approaches Wright and slides up to him, kisses his cheek, quietly, she whispers, "I'm gonna go get cleaned up, baby. There's a show to put on."

Jason slapped away Wright's finger. He snarled.

"I do not care what 'mood' you happen to be in or not. We are at war and our so called leader is acting more like a mooning drunk housewife than a hunter! Pull your head out your ass. You're supposed to be the one in charge of this goat fuck. You want to lose everything to that booze soaked mic human cow? You'll be praying to that Priest's God next. "

[Charon]

Marcus dragged the body far away from Wright's place before dumping it. This one would be the easy one. The negro and the girl were bloody, leave trails if they didn't wrap them up. Leave that to the kid and his ghoul. For now Marcus had a meeting to make sure was cleared with the mobsters, and he didn't feel like going back to Wright's hellhole.

She moves back at Jason's snarl, slinking back from the crowd towards the stairs to move up them. She said what she was doing, so there is no question. No room for punishment later.

[Josh]

He stands there, looking vaguely bewildered. The bimbo is just... heading to work, without having to have any fingers broken, and Blue Eyes... Jason... just affirmed that he was in charge.

After taking him down.

Shit doesn't work like that. He shakes his head.

"Yeah, let's get this shit going..."

Jason grunted affirmation. Perhaps Wright would think before he acted. Perhaps not, an issue for later, things to be done now.

"Helen and I will care for this. When done we will await your word. Helen we will require canvas, thick canvas, perhaps axes..." Jason said.

[Josh]

He nodded. "Back end, north corner, there's a couple of crates of canvas, some ponchos and shit. I gotta get upstairs and see if the fucking phone was fixed, then I gotta set a meet with the Gennas."

[Charon]

Marcus reappeared a few seconds after Wright finished talking. "I need to use your phone."

[Bratty]

Up the stairs, she doesn't stop long enough for anyone to gawk. Her public shouldn't see her like this. It ain't a good reflection.

She heads up the stairs to her old room closing the door and starting the water. While the water is running, she opens a bottle of gin she had left up here. This bath is going to feel good, better than any other bath she has ever had. A shame sleep is not on the agenda too.

She lays out her costume, and begins to ready herself for the show.

"Lemme go see if I have one," he said brusquely to the Freak. He wasn't particularly appreciating the fucker's condescending holier-than-thou shit. Reminded him of snot-ass fucking Ventrue.

[Bratty]

She softly sighs as she realizes the door doesnt close the whole way from when Wright busted it open to put her to bed. She props something up while she needs her privacy.

She reflects on what just happened. But only for a moment. That is all it takes for her to realize she doesnt want to think about it. Just pretend none of it ever happened and everything will be much better.

By the time she is dressed for the show, rouge applied and ready to go, she is also quite lit. It's show time.

He got back to find his office reasonably restored to order, and yes, a phone was available. He gestured to the Freak to do his business.

He leaves the Freak to his phone business and gathers up some fresh clothes, heading for the shower himself. Nobody questions what happened downstairs, wisely enough.
