My first day in Chicago had excellent timing, in the form of a massive parade for memorial day. Unfortunately, my zoom lens was locked inside my suitcase in a locker room in the H.I hostel (which didn't allow check-in early), and all I had for the distant (but AWESOME and Massive parade) was my new wideangle 17-55 lens.
The music was fucking awesome, really a beating tune you could march to :).

Man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much: the wheel, New York, wars while all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in water having a good time.
