#1 Dawn of War Armies (pic heavy)
Here you can put all your self made DoW army designs, both silly and serious. I suppose I'll start with my own.
Da Hulks, because the Orks had far to similar features to The Hulk to pass this chance up.
Emo Legion, because it seemed like a good idea at the time.
The Ninja Turtles, I was playing around with the colors when I noticed. "Hey, that kinda looks like a turtle shell."
The 69th Jawdroppers. Please don't kill me.
Now for my more serious ones.
The 707 Harakoni.
The Roman Legionnaries.
Omega Legion.

I lost my custom badges and banners with my hard drive loss, so I don't have my original ones redone yet.
My Archons. For those who've seen the SD.net thread, DoW really doesn't do them justice. Unfortunately I no longer have the TT pics available.
My Velociraptors.
Traitor Guard, for when I feel like playing Guard against Marines or whathaveyou.
And my original TT 369th Cadian, along with every camo scheme known to GOD. Pictured is just the standard duty uniform, which is never actually used. :P

Hmm. Lemme get back to you on this after school. I've got a bunch of Chaos, Marine, Eldar, and Steel Legion...
EDIT: Right, here I go....
First off, His Imperial Majesty's Marines, the Adeptus Astartes!
The Holy Chapter of the Star-Lord's Men:
A detachment of the Raven Guard which looted some armour from the heretics.... one hopes its effects aren't lasting...
And that, sadly, is about it; I'm not a huge Marines player.
Then, the forces of Chaos, the heretics, the Traitor Legions:
The Legios Manzikert.
Tzeentch's Ninja!
A very Khornate force, the Qa'pla:
And a Slaneesh-corrupted branch of the Nurgle Death Guard:
The Steel Legion of Armageddon has many regiments, of which these are but a few...
Red Hot and Blue, named after a chain of restaurants which is sadly disappearing.
Ravengers-- a regiment which skirts the boundary of heresy on occasion, but fights so well they need red coats in order to hide the blood splatters...
Snow forces, the Echo Base Third Legion:
Yavaennor, a regiment that often works with a nearby Craftworld:
Then, two regiments which have tragically turned to heresy...
The First Traitor Guard:
And Slan's Bitches... a most obnoxious paint scheme which even extends to the holy Leman Russ:
Then we have the xenos Eldar:
The Guardians of the Aran. It is speculated that 'Aran' may be a craftworld yet unknown; or it could be a new xenos leader. Memo to the Officio Assassinorum: Investigate this promptly.
Enjoy...

Is it possible to send paint schemes, or does it have to be done in-game only?
Never shall innocent blood be shed, yet the blood of the wicked shall flow like a river.
The three shall spread their blackened wings and be the vengeful striking hammer of god.

Yes. There are teamcolor files in your profile directory in the DoW folder. The Cleric wrote:Is it possible to send paint schemes, or does it have to be done in-game only?

Not that I know of. Best bet would be to take each of the colors one by one and list the RGB for each, and list the badge/banner combo. Unfortunately that'd take a while...The Cleric wrote:Is it possible to send paint schemes, or does it have to be done in-game only?
Oh, and if you're thinking about playing with your custom army in the campaign-- sorry, it's solely Blood Ravens for that, except in WA, when you get a turn at the Guard.
EDIT: Never mind, missed that. What about the mods-- do they have the same files?

Somewhere. If you make it in the army painter, it gets output somewhere.Elheru Aran wrote:EDIT: Never mind, missed that. What about the mods-- do they have the same files?

Of course the easy way to spread them is just go "Hey, here are the numbers for each color."

Yes, but then you have to write/print them out and type them in one by one...Charon wrote:Of course the easy way to spread them is just go "Hey, here are the numbers for each color."
