Likely. No need to free up an air time slot for 13 weeks. And the sooner it's out, the sooner they can compile the DVD/blu-ray set and make money off of that (as well as selling the episodes on Amazon Prime and such).

*deep breath* It looks like whomever took over the Earth Kingdom decided it was time to take back all the land they lost, and possibly more. I like how Korra seems to be going the Wandering Hero route. I do, however, question seeing Bolin in Earth Armor. Unless he's a false flag, this will be nasty. Plus, WindSuits!
