Diety Pecking Order

Inspired by Dak's "ZOMGLOLLERZ Eily iz the suxxor" comment in my lighthearted Lolth thread, why don't we put up a list of who is more powerful than who, going by the DnD system for ease? This'll kinda be like the space superpower thread on SDN, where we ranked the UFP, EA, GE, IoM, etc. I'll start the list, and ammend it as people contribute or correct things. List what you will; DnD, WoD, Lovecraftian, generic fantasy, what have you. Hell, when we've compiled enough, we could use this as a reference.

IO, the father of all Dragons and the Dragon gods should be an overgod also.

One should remember that the Lady of Pain's power level is quite unquantified other than she was able to kill a greater god that was tresspassing in her domain.

Also, Ao is a regional overgod, confining his activities to Toril and associated domians. Corellon Larethian and IO, for example, have great power on countless worlds where Ao has no presence at all. That makes qualification difficult.
