I recently (1st December of this year) completed a project in which I logged how many hours of television I watched for a full year. This doesn't include films that I own a physical copy of or films viewed in theatres, however, it does include films on TV.

Whoever guesses closest wins a prize.

Ok the international average for weekly t.v veiwing is 16.6 hours.

that times 52 (weeks in a year) is 863.2 yearly.

This number is higher if you live in the UK (936) or US (988)

So I'm guessing since you are posting something about it it has to be a bit higher that that...

without further ado...

1,050 hours.

*nods*

Awww all that math for nuttin.

That's a really low number. I like never watch either. I don't have time. School and two jobs leaves zero time fro t.v. glad I work at one place with accessible internet. I'd die without it. yay for no t.v...

But it was very impressive math, sweetie!

I have the time... I just don't really like it. Everything kind of seems the same, you know?

I know. Whne I do get to watch t.v. it's C.S.I and Law and Order. Sometimes the news. Other than that. I really have no interest. Comes with not watching it I guess.

Yeah. I watch a few shows, but nowhere near religiously like some people do. When I watch television, it's usually various news programs or perhaps making fun of the guy from the 700 Club.

Same here, I much prefer to play the X-Box, or write, myself...

You're correct, sir.
