Any suggestions as to what levels a character should be at to take on the Knob Goblin King? I'm currently a 30/42/24 base, with a modified 36/49/35 when wearing the Harem Outfit. He's royally kicking my arse, and it's annoying having to get more perfume every time I think I might be able to beat him. I'm currently using the vorpal blade, 2 shiny rings, and a penguinskin buckler for my optional equipment.

You'll probably need about 50 or 60 HP. Try using Boris's rings instead of Shinies. Vorpal should do it fine... if you can't manage those stats, get a few buff items like Phonics downs.

I ended up just leveling and buffing up for a few days, each day taking a run at him and getting my ass handed to me until I finally did it.

Close thing, too, I think my Mosquito is what turned the tide.

I was level six at the time. With modified 52/37/45 or thereabouts, wearing two shiny rings and Ye olde gold fronts.
