#1 Money for nothing

Post by Josh »

Okay, this thread is strictly for informational purposes with regards to the best sellers at the Flea Market and the Mall.

The best advanced meatsmithing item I've come across is Chrome Staves. Ingredients are- Dense meat stack, two Chrome Ore, and a Big stick. Combine Chrome Ore with Dense Meat Stack to create a Chrome Meat Stack, combine Chrome Ore with Big Stick to create Chrome Stick, combine Chrome Stick with Chrome Ore to create Chrome Staff.

Retails for about 5990 in the Mall, as of my last sale.

I think box-in-the-box-in-the-box might be the best bet for low level characters. Three boxes from the "Fun" House, two springs from Degrassi Knoll, and four meat stacks to create an item priced at ~10,000 right now.

Booze collections. Every day, I buy every booze type from Boozerbear's house, and I sold a huge stack a few days ago (200 Saltys, 200 rums and 200 bloody beers) for 50k profit, which went into buying a store, which provided my 50k back.

Yeah, adventure in the Misspelled Cemetary (for smart skulls), The "Fun" House (for boxes) and Fernswarthy's Tower (for disembodied brains). They're all low to mid level areas but those items will sell for thousands each. I don't think the springs are worth the adventures, you can pick up a bunch for very little meat in the mall (which is worth it to combine with the boxes and tack on another 500 meat or so to the selling price).

Cobb's Knob is also good for chef's hats, but the stat gains there are so low it's probably not worth it, unless you're very low level.

Recently, I've been making a killing at the flea market with black pixels and to a lesser degree spices. The pixels have been going for 1000 meat a pop, and Spices for 500-800. Both are very easily attained in 8-Bit land and the Knob Kitchens.

Balloon swords.

Long Skinny Balloons run three hundred apiece in the mall. Combine three of them, get a Balloon sword, reselling right now at my store for 4,900.

If you shell out a little money for a Talisman O' Nam, you can adventure in the Palindome. This gives you lemons, limes, and papayas. Lemons are cheap, but you can sell limes and papayas for some good money.

I'm also doing good business with pr0n legs. Just get some in the valley beyond the orc chasm, then sell them in your mall store.

Cocoa eggs are decent sellers if you do a lot of adventuring in the Penultimate Fantasy Airship. And they give you a great familiar.

I've got some extra snake charrrms (approximatly 6, enough to make 3 talisman o' nams) if anyone in the clan needs them to get to the palindrome.
