I have a friend who plays KoL, and she might be interested in joining our clan. I thought I should ask if she could join, because she doesn't post at SD.net, and I am not sure if people not from SD.net are allowed in.

Membership in SD.net is not mandatory. It merely reflects the origin of our clan and a site frequently visited by many (but not all) of our members.

If a non-SDner wants to join, by all means.

:) I was refering to the men part. :) Although the alliteration is quite nice in the title.

And I agree with Pure Sabacc. I think non-SDNers should be welcome, especially if they have connections with other members.

I don't know if the title of the clan can be changed, to be honest. We'd have to ask Straha about that.
