#1 Simple Curried Beef

Post by Jason_Firewalker »

This is a simple recepie that I use to fill in when I need a quick lunch.

2/3 pound LEAN ground beef or 2/3 pound leanish stirfry beef cubes (about 1in cubes)

2 teaspoons yellow curry or 1 teaspoon red curry
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 heaping tablespoon of sesame seeds

Toss in skillet and cook on medium light heat for 5 to 15 min depending on how well you want it done
