#1 ...er, Potatoes Boiled, With Spices

This is an after-work quick meal for me, and usually works well. This serves two, or one hungry adult.
- 4 red potatoes, cut into pieces
- put potato pieces into a smallish cooking pot with a lid
- fill cooking pot with enough water to barely cover potato pieces
- add a good splash of soy sauce (for salt, and some flavor)
- add spices (I add "hot shot" red/black pepper, and Mexican pepper sauce)
- boil cooking pot contents until potatoes are soft.
- you will have potato pieces AND YOU WILL LIKE THEM! With ketchup. And maybe mustard.
