#1 Recipe: Honey BBQ

Prep time - 20 minutes
Cooking Time - 1.5 hours
Serves - 6 - 8 people

{ Ingredients }
1 Pork Loin (16oz or so)
2 cups Hickory BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Honey Mustard
4 Russet Potatoes
1 container baby Carrots
1 medium yellow onion
1 medium bell pepper (color of choice)
1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp oregano

{ Hardware Required }
1 large ziploc bowl
1 sm bowl
1 baking pan (coverable)

{ Steps }
In small bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Paprika, Oregano and lime juice and sitr thoroughly.

Place pork loin into bowl, pour and rub marinade into pork loin.

Rub honey mustard into pork loin, coating completely.

Mix Lime juice with BBQ sauce, pour over pork loin, and set to marinade in fridge for no less than 3 hours.

Remove from Marinade, place pork loin in center of high walled cooking pan. Prepare and cut vegetables, place around pork loin pour marinade juices over roast and veggies. Cover with aluminum foil - making holes in aluminum foil for breathing

Cook on 325°F for one and a half hours, uncovering furing the last half hour of cooking.

Serve over white rice.
