#1 Cocktail: "German Chocolate Cake"

Post by LadyTevar »

In a shaker with ice:
1 jigger Malibu Rum
1 jigger Frangelico liqour
1 jigger Creme de Cacao

Shake well, then strain into 4 ice-filled highball (or other 8-12oz glasses). Fill completely with chocolate milk.

Can be halfed for 2 glasses, or increased as needed. Glasses should never have more than roughly 2oz liqour for best taste. Chocolate milk may be substituted with whole milk, with the addition of either Hersey's (or better) Chocolate Syrup or Creme de Cacao Dark.
This recipe was given me by Saku-chan of Yama Kaminari during Pennsic.

She used "Pennsic Crack", aka local dairy's homemade chocolate milk, that is sold only on-site. Since this is Pennsylvania, the chocolate is the familiar Hersey's taste, but Pennsic Chocolate is a taste most folks have never enjoyed before. This isn't the over-processed, weeks-old, vitamin-packed, skim milk chocolate milk: this is made with fresh newly-pasturized whole milk that may be all of three days old when sold. The taste between Pennsic Crack and normal milk has been compared to the taste of European beer vs American Beer (sex in a canoe).
