Legacies stood over Argent and Saibot as they reappeared in the training room. His silver figure betraying no kindness, in the back, behind the aura of calm was a seething anger and annoyance that flickered across his mind.

"We grow tired of your inability to control yourself Argent. Every operation you have been with us has had difficulties due to your inability to control either yourself or your power. Your usefulness is growing thin."

Argent did not answer, as there was nothing to say. Legacies was right. She just did manage to shut down her empathy before the feelings of -shame/sadness- escaped into the general area. Now she just had to find a way to keep them from going into Garth when he was awake....

A groan issues from Argent's lap, and a hand went against the helmetted head. Saibot was waking up, and apparently, he had a headache...

"Anyone get the number of that fighter jet.." he asked, as he tried to get his bearings.

She relaxed a little, since he seemed to be fine, if a little sore.. "Sorry... it's all my fault...." Lei whispered. "You... reacted to my emotions... and Gravitas had to knock you out..."

He nodded, slightly, trying to sit up, being careful not to smack his helmet against Argent's face. "I didn't kill anyone did I?"

She looked over at Em, who was looking very beat up.. and then to Avatar, who was unharmed. "... not for lack of trying..." she whispered, the link telling him how guilty she felt over it.

"Don't know wiether I should be relieved, or pissed.." he said slowly.

He rose to his feet, holding a hand out towards Argent, while he looked at Em, "Did I do that?" he asked quietly, his voice almost seemed haunted.

She took his hand, letting him bring her to her feet. "You ... did a good job on one of the buildings..." she replied softly, waiting for the moment Blackheart came to give Saibot hell over his lack of control. "It was between you and the Croc...." -shame- "it's all my fault.. I got angry, and it leapt into you..." she repeated, still unable to meet his face.

A medical team burst through the door a moment later, pushing a gurney and carrying all sorts of medical equipment. Having no clue what to expect they came expecting anything.
"What's the emergency," asked one of the medics as she pulled open a bag of equipment.

Agent Bowman came through the door shortly after, looking from the medical team to the injured girl to Blackheart. A man in a white leather suit came in after Bowman, standing silent as he took in the room.
"Agent Blackheart, do I want to know what happened to have a med team rush in here? Wait, no I don't. Don't tell me. I'll find out later when I read the report.

"In lieu of what I'm sure is a scintillating tale I stopped by to introduce you to someone. Kyosuke Shigure. He's transfered to Ultima from Japan's Asahi. One of those international cooperation deals.

"Agent Blackheart this is Agent Shigure. Shigure, this is Blackheart."

The man in white stepped forward around Bowman and bowed.

Blackheart bowed back. "A pleasure to meet you." What the fuck is going on here? Blackheart thought. They weren't pretty enough for a international cooperation media junket and the Fed sure as hell wasn't going to let a foreign agent near anything important. Either they had to or . . . . oh fuck it, I've got too much on my plate already. I'll just see how this one goes.

John had been un able to find agent Bowman initially so he reconnected himself to the security system and located agent Bowman. he was with an unknown man who’s identity John did not feel like searching for and they were both heading for the training room where everyone had been gathered originally. There was also a medical team on the way there something had happened, John could have dug through the computer system to find out what but decided against it. He quickly disconnected himself from the computer again and ran for the training room hoping to intercept agent Bowman.

By the time he arrived in the training room he saw Bowman and the unknown man speaking with Blackheart. John stood by the door and watched them he would wait until Bowman had a free moment before he approached him and offered the information he had acquired.

Em looked at the Med team and all the equipment they'd brought. "Is all that stuff for lil ol' me? I'm not hurt that bad. A few stiches some pain pills and I'll be fine I'm sure. I could probably even walk if I tried hard enough." She had been leaning on A.J. since Blackheart had set her down to talk to the men that had entered. When she tried to walk, she almost fell using A.J. for stability. "Or maybe not....ow..."

"Oh, stop being brave and take a seat." A.J. chided, walking her over to a chair and setting her down.

"Who's being brave? I'm stating the truth. It's not that bad... I'm fine. Not any worse than my first injury with this team. Head trauma. This is nothin, just hurts like a bitch." She looked at Argent and Saibot. -I don't blame either of you...- was whispered across their minds. "When you get the chance would you tell Blackheart that I'm not a kid..." She said looking back to A.J.

Argent had looked Em's way when she first started protesting the need for aid, and winced slightly everytime Em did something that made her hurt.

She looked at Argent and Saibot. -I don't blame either of you...- was whispered across their minds.

Argent looked away, blaming herself enough for all of them.

-I know you said to stay out of your mind... but quit blaming yourself... you're not going to do any good moping about... I don't care about what Legacies said we do need you...- "ooooowwww....." She looked down at her arm when one on the med techs started cleaning out the wound.

Argent winced again, as Rukia was in her mind as that little painful event happened. Does she ever do what she's told to do?

Avatar sat back, and said nothing. He as thinking however, bu rather than risk words, words that would undoubtedly fumble and sound arrogant with, he merely sent emotions in Argents general direction. He knew she would feel them. Emotions that essentially said "no hard feelings, for anything"

Kindness was in his thoughts. Poor girl was suffering enough, she didnt need someself-righteous prattling academic-turned-superhero guilt tripping her.

Argent put her fist to her temple and started rubbing... migraine. She was gonig to have a migraine at some point. Damn this link, why can't I control my power as well anymore?!

He chuckled. "Oh, I'm not brave enough for that." He rolled his shoulders to a series of faint popping sounds, then slumped to the floor in his usual fashion.

John reached into his pocket and pulled out a small flash drive he had coppied the files onto, "some fairly interesting material on our mutual friend." he said with a smile, "I also grabbed some other related data equally classified, quite the page turner."

Bowman took the flash drive and stuck it in his pocket. He would have to look at the data later in private.
"Interesting. Good work. I think it would be best if we let the matter drop for the moment. We don't want to risk accidently alerting anyone. Not with something like this. Not with someone like...him..."

John smiled "Sure, just let me know when ya want me to get more info" after the last battle he had felt somewhat useless and forgoten so he was happy to be helping now.
