Alex shifed into his hybrid form while on the run and arrived there just as the android was returning. His hands were over his head. He was surrenduring

Legacies took another flyng leap into the air, a quick tendril whip and pull brought him far enough and he landed in a crouch behind the target as Avatar pulled in front of him. Legacies stood to his full height and turned to face the target, glancing at the open garage door Legacies spoke to their target. "Where's the other one?"

Seven watched as the gator thing he had seen yesterday ran towards him, he quickly dropped to the ground and placed his palms flat but kept his eyes on the gator just incase.

He looked up a bit shocked

Overhead, Saibot hovered.

The building looked formidable, but nothing he couldn't break into if nessacry.

"I'm going in through the roof" Saibot spoke calmly over the comm frequency, as he pointed the power ring at the roof. He descended till he was only a foot above the roof, and spotted the entrance.

'To easy....' he said, as a fist-shaped energy construct slammed into the door, and tore it off the hinges. Hovering over the roof, Saibot entered, sweeping the stairs and hallway before him with his ring, looking for any traps.

"Stairwell from roof is secure" he announced, 'proceeding to sweep the building." he spoke evenly, and went about his work.

Legacies took a quick look around the garage entrance. There didn't look to be any activity. With caution he stepped inside and quickly climbed up to the cieling, disappearing from view as he did. Legacies examined the garage proper, there was a van but other than that nothing. "Garage is clear. I see a few doors, gonna check them out."

What would take minutes, or even hours for normal humans, and most Meta's, Saibot was able to safely do in a fraction of the time, thanks to his power ring.

"Top floor clear, proceeding to second floor....I am picking up some sensors, thermal it seems..the walls and floors are wired for them...whoever it is seemed to be a security nut."

Saibot began to sweep the second floor.

Mark examined one of the thermal readers. "Pretty advanced stuff he's got here. Must have spent a pretty penny. I'd be careful, this guy seems really paranoid." Legacies moved towards one of the doors. It was heavy, had a scanner on the side. "Looks like I found something."

"I dont care what you are. What your body is comprised of. Those things do not determine your, or my, humanity. It is sapience. The ability to think and make moral choices. The soul. It is obvious that you have one based upon the moral choices you have made in the last couple of minutes. There is no reason to be defensive, or angry at me. As, as you have so aptly pointed out, I am noteven in the genus Homo. I am in no position to deride anyone, organic body or no. My original statement was one of suprise, nothing more"

Seven was still mad but he bit his tongue, he really didnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t need to get into a philosophical debate with a talking alligator, sounded too much like a bad drug trip. Besides he had taken on good step by giving himself up, starting a fight would only make things worse when they eventually did decide to question him about his choice in weaponry and some of the things he had stashed in his car and home.

The car pulled up and Blast stumbled out to take a breath. He watched as the "darkly dark duo" as he had mentally dubbed them went slamming through the building and the Doc started patting down the guy who gave up. Blast decided to wait, all 3 of them were more bulletproof then he was and they didn't seem to need help at the moment. He leaned against the car and simply watched, until he was given orders to do otherwise.

Niner stepped out of the car. Since he was working with these people they would see what he looked like eventually. He pulled off the cloak, showing what he truely looked like. He stretched. It was hard being stuck in a car, when you had a large tail. He took a look around and sent out a mind message to the people on his team.

All right, since I dont have a comminucator like most of you, what should I do?

Niner nodded and looked around at the walls of the buidlings in the alley. This alleyway was a good spot to be ambushed in. He reached out, just to get a sense if people where nearby and hostile, but he couldnt sense anything like that. He called out to the croc man.

"See if he has any zip ties or tape on him."

Legacies easily removed the door with a few tendrils which pushed past the seals. As the smoke cleared from the torn off door they could see a man, unconscious on his computer. "Well now. What do we do with him?"
