I guess i could check and see if a trap awaits us in that direction.

search checks down opposite(right) hall for first trap
33+14 = 47
33+18 = 51
33+13 = 46

Well, only one search check at a time. Each one deals with a small area, and you dont get retries, if there is a trap, and you try to move forward... GANK

On the opposite corner, you notice very faint lines in the cieling and right wall, triggered by what looked like tiny hairs jutting from the wall, so small you can barely see them. Whatever they are, they are triggered by pressure changes.

You see a grid of beams of various sorts appears. SOme are black, some are green, some are yellow. All of them carry different spells. The grid moves along the oath of the lines roughly thirty feet down the hall, then back again

Either way we go, we need to be able to track our path, and flagging traps to prevent unessasary back tracking and suprizes.

At first glance I am partial to the left, but who knows what lies beyond each one of these....could be better could be worse....leave it to sick and twisted ancients....(trails off)

"Unless Master Vincent has a mass Fly spell prepared, there is no other way to avoid floor and wall triggers."

Obviously her skill with sorcery was great, needing neither word nor materials for any spell she'd yet cast. "Whenever you are ready?" she said, casting a cantrip to send Dancing Lights down the hallway for a small bit of guidance in showing the end of the trapped area.

There was nothing for the next few meters. The cooridoor eventually turned though, what was beyond that is anyone's guess.

They both spotted it fairly easily. A simple trap door pitfall, triggered by weight on the trap door.

Directly on the other side of the pit trap was another trap, this one had something which could come out of the cieling, triggered by touching the walls or floor.
