Last I spoke to Julian he was open to Shadowrun. I'll ask to make sure.

Julian didn't kill any of us during the recon, so either we're ahead of our game, or he had an off day and will be looking to make up for it.

I'll be running Shadowrun on Sunday. Also, it's cute that you think you succeeded at the recon.

Look, it's been years since I gamed with Julian I admit. However, there is a valuable lesson that I have learned and I'm fairly confident it still applies to Julian, or pretty much any sadistic sociopa-err game master. It's all about the language. I said we survived, I didn't say we succeeded.Cynical Cat wrote:I'll be running Shadowrun on Sunday. Also, it's cute that you think you succeeded at the recon.

Word up on this weekend, or is everybody celebrating our victorious ejection of King George from the middle portion of North America?

I figure this is the day we actually hit the damn Talispoint facility... so of course I feel like shit. I'll be sitting this one out and calling it an early night :(

Trying to get it moved, but it's looking like this Sunday (07/19/15) is a No Go for me.

So we didn't get to hitting Talispoint directly this time around, but we're geared up to hit it next game.
That said, I was looking at my schedule and realized that the weekend of the 26th I am out for LARP, which means no Star Wars that week. Next weekend, the 19th, I do not, but it is next week and everyone is geared up for the run.
Which puts us at awkward timing, sadly, because it either means two more weeks without Star Wars or putting off the run we've been building up to, which would be nice to get through so we all have that under our belts.
So I will leave it to everyone to decide what is next. Choose wisely.

Like I said, I won't be here likely on Sunday, so I would prefer not to do the run. But it's up to y'all.

I'm around and eager, but as I'm not in both games it'd be unfair for the Shadowrun players if I were to register an 'official' vote.

As much as I'm itching to finish the run in Shadowrun now, Star Wars I'm having some withdrawals from.
I'd be okay with both ultimately, but I'd vote for Star Wars given the option.

It's been a month since any Star Wars and since the week after is definitely out it should be Star Wars. Also the Star Wars episode isn't magicentric but the start of the run will likely include a big throw down as both of your mages try to take out a powerful elemental. Since one of those mages is frigid . . . .

#17 Re: Sunday Night Gaming Schedule
I'm going to vote for Star Wars as well since we definitely won't have it the week after.
#18 Re: Sunday Night Gaming Schedule
It's Friday now, and it's looking like Star Wars is the game of choice, but we're down 3 players. We've got a big group, so that's fine but if there are any other voices to be heard, now's the time.
#19 Re: Sunday Night Gaming Schedule
Star Wars is my first choice especially considering I missed the last SW session.

Through use of black magic and the sacrifice of innocence (innocence is overrated anyways,) Internet is back up. Will be at game assuming roommate doesn't kill the elemental we installed into the connection. If he does, I will be wiring him into the connection. Human brain should be good enough for more then dail up speeds yes?

One must be careful when routing the large volumes of data and/or electricity through human brains, for they are meatbits and therefore squishy and susceptible to overload.

As long as the overload comes after the game, whatevs. Roomies are highly fungible resources.

So, funny thing. You know how I was noting the marked similarities between my character in the other Star Wars game and the one we ran across that Marcao's character knew?
Both parties, now, are on Nar Shaddaa, and both are planning major operations for next weekend. This is getting hilarious.
