Also, Fehl can take an attack of opportunity if he wants, although if you do strike it with a melee weapon do remember to make a Fort save. Yes, the enemy is daring you to hit it. You battered it last time, but will you risk your sword again?
It's a massive shame he doesn't have Improved Unarmed Strike at the moment, that's for sure.
Oh, and Fehl still has a supernaturally low Wisdom - of course he'll attack.

My bad - I added in an extra +1 from Animalistic Power to Fehl's Str score - his to-hit score should be one less, as his Str is still 18, not 20. Therefore, he missed - I'll edit my IC post accordingly.
Yes, but it risks the same dangers of shattering as other weapons (technically if you beat its 10+DEX I could call for a Fort save as you actually made contact, but I won't) if you use it to trip. Your choice. Eight is fortunately not affected.
EDIT: Also, since you have a slam attack as a natural attack, you're considered armed during the trip.

Tie! I'm not sure who wins here, so we're going to sudden death overtime. Whichever of these two constructs loses this round goes prone. Another tie is both going down.
I'm headed out for the weekend; I have no idea whether I'll have Internet access or not through Sunday. If it comes around to Bartel's turn, he'll attack the construct if it seems to be menacing someone who can't handle it, and will stand by to heal or otherwise use spells in a useful fashion if it isn't. See you guys later.

What does Charon do with his free time? He draws sketches of his character in the margins of his notes, then since he lacks a scanner he takes blurry pictures of said sketches with his camera phone, uploads them to his computer, and then outlines them, cleans them up a bit, and adds basic coloration.
Hmmm... alrighty then, this carytid column is pretty badly mangled at this point, but it still has a mission to fulfill. Let's see how well it does.
Attack roll against Eight
Damage
It attacks while rising (technically its one after the other, but its better described that way) and the act of getting to its feet triggers an AoO from Eight. Roll the necessary attack, damage, and saving throw there there and let's see what happens. Remember that you are still at -6 (or was it -5?) for Power Attack.
Swing and a miss there Charon, although not by very much, you just had your axe bounce off its stony exterior without doing damage. Everyone else is now free to post for this initiative order, including you Charon as that was just an AoO.
Since we have no particular initiative order and that it could be safe to say that you are prepared, you can go ahead and take an attack now Nitram. Before anyone suffering from Wisdom drain decides to rush in again. *cough**cough*

Despite having a greatly-lowered Wisdom, I'll give Fehl that running toward dragonbreath is probably unhealthy.
Just a little bit more guys and you can get XP and treasure for all of this. The enemy is under half health as it is. And some clues as to what is going on.

OOC Knowledge: This is the last encounter for today... unless you really manage to screw up negotiations with the friendly ghost. I would say that if Volemack's breath attack doesn't kill it you should just blast it. But then again, that is out of character knowledge.
