This is correct. The cube is well away from the main fleet, moving towards the independent task force comprised of the Klingon ships and the Gilgamesh.Comrade Tortoise wrote:My impression is that the cube is heading toward the combat taskforce, not the main portion of the fleet. Havoc, is this correct?

Oh, whoops - I didn't know anyone was waiting on me. I'll get a post done tonight, then.
EDIT: All my ship is doing still is running, and being bait for a frigate - as per Havoc, my ship can't really detect anything to react to.

There's two things for Gilgamesh's crew to react to. Firstly they were just informed by Riskdah that aside from a frigate, they're also being chased by a Cube. Secondly they've been contacted by a ship calling itself the Khanjar which is offering to shoot the frigate off their tail, because they're not going to outrun it otherwise. Once we know whether your ship decides to take mine's offer or not, then Havoc can resolve the actions appropriately. Hopefully I can blow up the Exterminator and the two of us can make ourself scarce before the Cube arrives at our position!

No Tev. No. The cube found the secondary forward taskforce consisting of Cyncat et al. It did not find the main group. Funny I need repeat this, as Havoc confirmed it at the top of the page.

In our current clusterfucked state of coordination and confusion, it fits that we have ships going to and fro on bad info.

Tinkering with the fundamental underlying structure of reality on the fly in the midst of a war zone. Really, what's the worst that can happen?

There are two Klingon battlecruisers in the scene. Give the Christmas tree comment, I take it that it blew past mine and is chasing the other one, just as planned. Correct?

Correct. Yours is welcome to eviscerate the frigate as planned. The cube has interpreted the Riskadh as its primary target.

We need rhoenix to state whether he's going dodge or not, someone poke him and tell him. Due to things like distance and geometry the whole ambush scene with Khanjar and Gilgamesh would actually take place a few minutes before Kadon can finish luring the Cube into the maelstrom and then blowing up said maelstrom. Which is good, because I don't intend to hang around and find out just how much of the Badlands are going to be consumed by this insanity.
