Just for clarification purposes (my bad). You're in a large town, not a city. So there aren't skyscrapers everywhere. Additionally, there are no bodies of water in sight. If you start pulling up maps however you'll notice you're only a few miles from a large enough body of water.

If he was hooked up to a nuclear generator maybe... MAYBE... say 65%/35% in Godzilla's favor at best (I'm assuming a rather low powered Godzilla, a higher powered Godzilla like say the one whose breath could lift monsters and throw them mile and mile is gonna whup Blast like he was 2 years old if he even notices him).
Course hooking Blast to a nuclear reactor has it's own problems.

For those who haven't figured it out, the plan is simple
We get on the van, strap yourself down as best you can, big a big honking gun (tm) in hand, and shoot at the big honking lizard - hopefully with enough firepower to make it want to eat us, and follow us to where we can blast it with the nice space-based railgun in orbit....
