Okay, so I'm making this thread so we can have a place to swap stories about games not taking place here on LibArc. Primarily for tabletop games, but SCA and LARP stories should be fine as well.
So I'll start it off with Shadowrun. I'll go into more detail into the campaign later, but yesterday was a pretty fun time, and might move us up on the Fiona Scale by a considerable amount. Here's the group breakdown for this story (our group fluctuates from time to time):
Slick: Elven Cyberjock with charisma and gunplay skills
DW: Adrenaline Junkie Adept
Tangerine: Elven Mage
Whisper (Marcao): Racist Covert Ops Specialist
Chevlo (Dahl): Big gun toting Troll cybermonkey
Book (Me): Dwarven Investigator
Now, recently, the Troll and Ork gang the Rusted Stilettos started moving into our area of the Barrens, looking to expand their business of BTL chips and protection money. We've been tasked with keeping this section of the Barrens safe and secure, so naturally we've been causing trouble. It started off with Slick, DW, and another troll commonly in our group going around and stirring up shit, beating up or killing Stilettos to send a message. Minor skirmishes commonly ended with massive Stiletto backup, which cut the fights short as our troll-killing weapons are in somewhat limited supply.
Well, since then, we've managed to give them a big old bloody nose, involving an ambush that ended up killing around twenty gang members in a nice little set of explosions. 4kg of C4 + 3 Claymores lining a section of city street, followed up by a drive by of the survivors.
Since then, the Stilettos have been upping the ante, and hitting local places trying to figure out who blew up a bunch of their guys. They have a decent idea, but nothing concrete at this point. They get the hint when they hit the High School we're using as a base (no, it's not active, this is the barrens) and get kicked in the nuts. We decide to start looking for their headquarters and find it. Slick and Book scout it out one night, followed by Tangerine making a magical check.
The building we find is at a masonry yard, and contains a large supply of their BTL chips, guns, etc. We start getting ready to hit them, hard. This session was largely about getting the last of our preparations together and a side job to get some extra cash.
The final shopping list for this mess:
1x .50 cal sniper rifle (14D)
16kg C4
12x White Phosphorous Grenades
24x Incendiary Grenades
Plus our existing gear.
Highlights of the fight included:
*Chevlo in gang colors climbing up to the heavy machine gun nest and telling the ork manning it, "Yo, this is serious!" and then throwing him off before manning the gun.
*Tangerine mind-raping an ork to kill his buddies, racking up a respectable kill count in the process before convincing him to commit suicide.
*Slick and Whisper making it up to the roof of the building after their silent approach was blown and dropping in 12kg of C4 into an area filled with guns, ammo, and other explosives
*Book lighting the Troll leader up with White Phosphorous, then the troll leader taking another WP grenade, an offensive grenade, two shots from a 12M gun, being at damn near ground zero outside the building we packed with explosives, and still possibly surviving.
*Slick trying to drive off, but accidentally hitting a claymore Whisper left behind, which wrecked his ride.
In the end, that fight brought our total confirmed kill count against the Stilettos up to above 50 orks and trolls, meaning we've killed at least 25% of the gang.
The assault also took place at the same time we scheduled a meet with the gang's leadership, who wanted us to pay 10,000 NuYens a month tribute to them to keep them out of our territory.
Yeah, that's not going to happen.

10,000!?! I wouldn't pay the damn UCAS Army that much a month!
